Everything was modern, exceptionally courteous staff, secure location short walk to the airport, mall and common areas. Truly enjoyed how the well-appointed and new-fashioned standard queen room with comfortable bed and big bathroom was arranged when we arrived.

I appreciated the priority room cleaning for my early arrival, as well as the complimentary dinner voucher. the friendly staff found and returned my lost headphones, showcasing their excellent service.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. the location is excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. the security was reassuring, and I appreciated the free airport transfer. Breakfast offered decent options, and the overall design of the hotel is contemporary and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Undercover parking and modern rooms were good. The breakfast buffet was basic but served our needs. It was convenient being able to access other amenities nearby without leaving the hotel.

Staff were unenthusiastic and unhelpful when called upon for assistance or requests. The lack of good customer service training was apparent.

Rooms are modern with newer amenities. Free breakfast and use of the pool and gym adds to the stay. Added bonus of self laundry rooms saving on laundry costs. Location is good and convenient.
